This after serving as the managing producer of KCRW's To the Point and Which Way, LA? Evan was also half of a cookbook-writing duo Hot Knives, and a five-time champion at the Grilled Cheese Invitational. Previously, he was a reporter for the Los Angeles Daily Journal, the Los Angeles Downtown News, and the LA Alternative alt-weekly.
