At last weekend’s PHOTO LA, there was enough eye candy on view to make even the most cynical art critic salivate. It seems however that for some photographers eye candy isn’t enough. While he may not be the only one using food in his photography, Ju Duoqi’s Fantasies of Chinese Cabbage series as well as his Vegetable Museum photographs take eye candy to the next level, using food as the model.
