LA Times’ new food critics take up the mantle

Hosted by

The LA Times recently named two accomplished food critics as successors to the late Jonathan Gold. Bill Addison  and Patricia Escárcega  made their debuts for the paper of record this week. Addison reviewed Fiona, a new bakery and cafe on Fairfax, while Escárcega visited X'Tiosu Kitchen, a Boyle Heights restaurant specializing in "Oaxacan-inflected Lebanese" fare.
