Tom McClintock is a Republican Congressman for California's 4th District, which includes the Counties of Sacramento to Placerville, and a member of the House Budget Committee and the Subcommittee on Water and Power.

McClintock formerly served as a California state senator for the 19th District, which includes Santa Clarita, Thousand Oaks and Santa Barbara, and as a candidate for Lieutenant Governor.
