Josh Meyer is a senior investigative reporter for Politico and the co-author of The Hunt for KSM: Inside the Pursuit and Takedown of the Real 9/11 Mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

Meyer formerly reported for NBC News' Investigations Unit, served as a global security correspondent for Quartz, and as a staff writer for the Los Angeles Times, covering terrorism. His credits also include being director of education and outreach of the National Security Journalism Initiative at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
