On issues ranging from immigration and climate change to health care and marijuana, Californians stand on the opposite side of the fence from President Elect Donald Trump and the GOP leadership in Washington. Zócalo Public Square columnist Joe Mathews says that means this state will be butting heads on a regular basis with the Trump Administration. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.
