After almost 40 years in local elected office, LA Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky says he'll hang it up when his term is over in 2014. He will not run next year for Mayor of Los Angeles. We talk with the Supervisor here in our studio. Who's left in the race for Mayor? Does this open the way for anyone else? Also, now that party conventions don't nominate presidential candidates or even their running mates, have they turned into political TV shows? We ask delegates to this year's Republican and Democratic conventions what they expect to be doing.
