Dubai Investors Save Grand Avenue Project

The Grand Avenue Project is being designed by Frank Gehry for space across from Disney Hall and has been touted as a new landmark. But like a lot of other projects in downtown LA, it’s been delayed by a rocky real estate market. Now, it may have been saved by 100 million dollars from the royal family of Dubai.
