Teenage Smoking

Teenage smoking continues to rise. Will a tough new bill in Congress bring the numbers down? The tobacco industry threatens to reject previous marketing concessions if the bill passes. Do marketing campaigns cause teen smoking? Can marketing campaigns discourage smoking? What do teens think about all this attention?
