Video Released of LAPD Beating

LA Police Chief William Bratton says, it doesn't "look pretty," but "it may be lawful."  He's referring to a videotape posted on the web site YouTube , showing one officer holding a man down while another has his knee on the man's neck and punches him in the face.  The man's voice can be heard saying, "I can't breathe…"
