The California state legislature has fallen to record lows in public approval, but nobody's more popular with special interests than Senators and Assembly members. More than 250 fundraisers have been held this year with almost 37 more today and tomorrow. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, the Inspector General's report describes CIA interrogators menacing suspects with guns and power drills and threatening to rape their wives and kill their children.
