OC Undersheriff John Scott Named Interim LA Sheriff

Lee Baca retires as Los Angeles County Sheriff tomorrow. Orange County Undersheriff John Scott will be sworn in to replace him until voters choose somebody else in June or November. We ask Scott about his promise to "restore the dignity" of the department in such a short time. Also, the new Farm Bill: good news for California prune producers, winemakers and almond ranchers; bad news for people who can't afford enough food.
