Lynwood Council

It took Blacks until 1983 to get a seat on the Lynwood City Council - now there's only one left and Hispanics have the majority. Changing demographics in Southern California mean political changes, too. What's next for the most diverse region in the United States?

Robert Henning: Former member of the Lynwood City Council. Was the first African American elected, in 1983. Lost seat in recent election.Armando Rea: Lynwood City Councilman.
