Despite twenty-three anti-gang programs costing eighty-two million dollars a year, the gang problem in Los Angeles is getting worse. Today Mayor Villagraigosa made good on his promise to name a single official to find out what works - and what doesn’t. Also Michelle Delgadillo, wife of City attorney Rocky Delgadillo, pleaded 'no contest' in court today.
