LA City Councilman Jose Huizar kicks off his re-election campaign with a fundraiser tonight. The honored guest? Council President Herb Wessen, who just appointed a Committee on Investigative Oversight to look into charges of sexual harassment by Huizar’s former deputy chief of staff.
