Could California's Presidential Primary Not Be Over?
Last Tuesday’s record turnout for a primary election has swamped registrars of voters in California’s fifty-eight counties. The Secretary of State estimates that 845,000 absentee and provisional ballots have not been counted, and that’s without including some of the biggest counties of all: Alameda, Riverside and Los Angeles. They haven’t reported on how many they still have to go.
