In South Los Angeles tonight, city officials are hosting the last in a series of hearings that have attracted big crowds: what to do about thousands of merchants who sell food and other merchandise on the streets… without permits. Venders and their allies want the trade to be permitted, but some business owners don't like the idea at all. KCRW's Saul Gonzalez has our story.
