Governor Brown Files Yet Another Appeal

The US Supreme Court ruled that overcrowding in California prisons is "cruel and unusual punishment," and ordered inmate reductions. Governor Brown lost on appeal, and last week a panel of lower court judges said he's not even trying to release enough prisoners. Today, Brown formally filed another appeal. Is there a real threat of increased crime, or does the state have options to protect public safety? We hear a clash of opinions. Also, the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX has been re-designed in the shape of ocean waves. Will it bring $4.1 billion in new business?
