President Obama said today that the US is making progress against ISIS in both Iraq and Syria. He said ISIS has lost a lot of ground and that air strikes have taken out many of its leaders. Part of his statement included a description of Sunday morning attack on the Pulse club in Orlando as one of many "small actors" who are hard to detect.
