Today is the day the world is reminded of the flaw in the Gregorian Calendar. It has 365 days a year except for one additional day every four years, and this is it. Is it time for a change? February 29 causes a lot of confusion every four years. Now, an economist and an astrophysicist at Johns Hopkins University have invented a new calendar. Every third month would be 31 days long with the rest all lasting for 30 days -- but there's a catch. An extra week would be needed every five or six years at the end of December.
