It’s been 41 years since the US Supreme Court approved a woman’s right to choose an abortion. Now the anti-abortion movement may be close to getting another case before a very different Supreme Court—hoping for a different decision. Last year, 24 states adopted 70 restrictions, and dispute is raging: Are the new laws designed to make abortions safer, or make them harder to come by? We’ll hear how abortion clinics are being forced to close down, and talk to a doctor who believes that “abortion is healthcare.”
