Illegal immigrants brought to the US as children have been lining up this week. President Obama has ordered that some can apply to defer deportation for two years. They hope to get drivers' licenses and other benefits provided by states. But Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has issued an order of her own, that "no public [state] benefits would be extended to illegal aliens in the state of Arizona."
