The Bank of America says new financial regulations are costing big money, and it's going to charge ordinary consumers to help make up the difference. It will now cost $5 a month to use debit cards instead of cash at shops, restaurants and gas stations. Illinois' Democratic Senator Dick Durbin, who was a supporter of finance reform, has accused the Bank of America of trying to "pad their profits" by "sticking it to their customers."
