Israel's Gaza Offensive

Rockets fired from the Gaza Strip continue to fall in Israel, as Israel’s retaliatory airstrikes kill more civilians in Gaza. We update the resumption of violence, the Arab spring and Israeli politics. Also, with Aung San Suu Kyi now freely elected to parliament in Myanmar, Barack Obama today became the first sitting American President to visit that country.
