Robert Draper is author of Dead Certain, a book based in part on six hours of interviews with former President Bush and others, including cabinet members. Now, as national correspondent for GQ, he’s reporting the views of Bush administration insiders with what Draper calls “intense feelings of ill will” toward Donald Rumsfeld.
