The US Senate still hasn't voted up or down on the controversial nuclear deal with Iran, but the time has come for the Iranians to begin implementing their part of the bargain. Yesterday was Adoption Day for the so-called nuclear agreement between Iran and five other nations. Iran has promised to undertake the largest nuclear disarmament program in history.
