During a speech in Atlanta yesterday, Donald Rumsfeld was accused of lying by a former analyst for the CIA. The issue was whether the Defense Secretary said before the Iraq invasion that he knew where Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. Ray McGovern, a CIA analyst for 27 years and now a member of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity, was Rumsfeld's accuser.
