Today, British Prime Minister Tony Blair is back at the Bush White House, as both leaders face declining support in their own countries. "Problems at home have turned both leaders from soaring hawks into the lamest of ducks." That's from a recent article in Economist magazine article by Foreign Editor Peter David.
