Are we suffering from Truth Decay?

It’s not just “fake news” it’s “truth decay:” increasing disagreement about what’s real and a blurring of facts and opinion. Respected sources of information don’t have credibility any more. Our leaders can’t agree on the problem, let alone a solution. How do we educate and train people to distinguish fact from fiction and become better citizens?
