Terri Schiavo's is the most extensively litigated right-to-die case in US history, according to legal authorities, but that wasn't good enough for the Congress or President Bush, who signed extraordinary emergency legislation in the wee hours this morning to keep her alive. Now Federal Judge James Whittemore is being asked to counteract Florida courts and re-insert Schiavo's feeding tube. What's the evidence that Schiavo could be "rehabilitated" with proper treatment?
