On Saturday, thousands of people marched in Los Angeles, some of them claiming that President Bush had broken a promise on immigration reform. Bush himself had yet to present his latest proposal, which he did today near Yuma, where he viewed an unmanned aerial surveillance vehicle and inspected progress on 700 miles of fencing along the border with Mexico.
