The Islamic State is claiming responsibility for explosions and gunfire this morning in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, the world's largest Muslim country. The incident occurred at a Starbucks restaurant in broad daylight. Two civilians and five attackers are dead. Nineteen others are wounded.
