After more than 50 years of fighting, the FARC may be coming in from the cold. The Colombian Marxist guerrilla group has been in peace talks with the government there for three years. The talks have been taking place in Havana, Cuba, where Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos announced a breakthrough in negotiations yesterday.
