A war crimes trial is underway in San Diego for Navy Seal Chief Edward Gallagher. He’s accused of killing a teenage ISIS captive, and then taking a photograph of himself with the corpse (among other charges). But this week, a witness for the prosecution said on the stand that he (not Gallagher) killed the teenager.
