What you need to know about Measure W

California has long had a problem of rainwater washing out to the ocean -- instead of filtering into groundwater aquifers. There’s an LA County proposition on the ballot designed to help deal with that issue. Measure W adds a tax on property owners. The funds raised go toward capturing, treating, and recycling rainwater.
