The White House legal counsel issued a letter yesterday, arguing the impeachment inquiry was unconstitutional. This came on the same day that the administration blocked the American ambassador to the European Union from giving a deposition to Congress and argued in court that the Supreme Court was wrong to let Congress review grand jury documents related to the Watergate scandal.
