The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Seattle heard arguments Monday on President Trump’s revised travel ban. A district judge in Hawaii blocked the ban in March. The White House appealed that decision. And in Los Angeles tomorrow, voters will decide who gets seats on the city council and school board. Also on the ballot: A measure that would change how police are disciplined.
