It looks like the California Assembly might vote on a Senate bill that would regulate e-cigarettes just like tobacco. If the law passes, it will mean that if you can’t smoke a cigarette somewhere, you won’t be able to vape there, either. But is vaping as bad as smoking? The research has struggled to catch up to the huge popularity of e-cigs, which has quickly become a billion dollar business.
