It seems like the entertainment industry is trying harder than ever to reach the country’s 55 million Latinos. This fall, for example, the major TV networks brought us not one but two sitcoms about Latino families: Jane the Virgin and Cristela. But Latinos are still sorely underrepresented in most media.
