Former Vice President Joe Biden announced he’s running for president. Biden is the 20th Democrat to enter the race. Party strategists hope he’ll appeal to white working-class men who historically have voted for Democrats, but went for Trump in 2016. However, black women and women of color in general are the most solid block of votes for the Democratic party. At a forum in Texas last night, eight of Biden’s opponents had to answer one big question: “Why should women of color vote for you?”
In 2020 presidential race, can Joe Biden attract black voters?
