Fresno used to be a hub for meth production in the U.S. But even as the manufacturing of the drug moved south of the border, the addiction rates there still remain stubbornly high. Vice’s Latinx reporter, Paola Ramos, went to Fresno to learn what’s driving the city’s Latino community to use meth.
