Rep. Adam Schiff on articles of impeachment and what’s next

Two articles of impeachment were announced today against President Trump: abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Adam Schiff, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, explains how the House settled on these two articles. We also ask whether the articles will be amended, and whether more articles will be introduced.
