The new film Chef opens this weekend. Jon Favreau plays the chef of an upscale Los Angeles restaurant who has a run in with the owner. Like many movies where food is central, Chef spends a lot of time in the kitchen. But KCRW’s “Good Food” host Evan Kleiman says most movies and TV get it wrong when it come to what it’s like to work in a restaurant kitchen.
