Jeff Sessions gets caught up in Russia scandal despite recusing himself

Attorney General Jeff Sessions spoke before the Senate Intelligence Committee Tuesday. He was supposed to speak before the House Appropriations Committee, but he left that to his Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein. There are questions about the Russia investigation, and reports that President Trump might fire special counsel Robert Mueller.
