A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to fully re-instate DACA, the Obama-era program that allowed some young undocumented immigrants to get legal status in the U.S. The judge gave the Trump administration 20 days to get DACA back up and running -- or appeal. But the ruling could set up a situation where there are conflicting court orders. A federal judge in Texas is scheduled to hear a related case later this week, and he’s expected to side with Texas, which wants to end DACA entirely.
