Magic Johnson stuns sports world by quitting as president of the Lakers

Magic Johnson announced on Tuesday that he’s stepping down as president of basketball operations for the LA Lakers. Johnson is a former Laker, former coach for the team, and five-time NBA champion. He took charge of the franchise two years ago. Now he says he’s ready to return to the simple life.
