September 25 is the Global Day of Climate Action. KCRW speaks with two 17-year-old activists from Youth Climate Strike LA. They discuss how climate change is tied to many other issues, including immigration; the possibility of combining this movement with the Black Lives Matter movement; and how they feel about Gov. Gavin Newsom’s ban on the sale of new gas-powered vehicles by 2035.
