Dirty web tricks attempt to disenfranchise voters

Some memes and tweets are telling voters they can vote online or by text, which you actually cannot do in any state. Some deceptive ads on Twitter have been targeting minority voters. And Trump bots have been out-tweeting Clinton bots during this general election.
