Latino Medi-Cal recipients sue California for discrimination

Senate Republicans unveiled their revised health care bill today, which has big cuts to the Medicaid health program for the poor. There’s also a new lawsuit involving California’s Medicaid program, called Medi-Cal. The suit says the program is guilty of racial discrimination.
