Remembering Philip Roth

Philip Roth died Tuesday of congestive heart failure. He was 85. His career began in the 1950s, and lasted almost until the end of his life. He wrote more than 30 novels and short story collections. He won every major American literary award, including the Pulitzer and National Book Award.
